If a product is delivered damaged, defective or misprinted, Doogaji will gladly replace it, so long as you adhere to the “Replacement Process” outlined below. As determined by Us at our discretion, We may require that you return the Damaged product to Us. We will cover any costs in connection with shipping the “Damaged” item and any replacement product to you.
Without limitation, under no circumstances are the following items eligible for a return and/or replacement:
- Sale items
- Perishable items such as food or flowers
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software, books, or products
- Some health and personal care items
Without limitation, We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
In addition and without limitation, We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to our Sizing Charts before ordering any apparel products from the Site.
If you notice an issue with our products or anything else with your order, please email email@example.com to begin an issue claim within fourteen (14) days from when the product was delivered to you. Be sure to fully explain fully the issue to the best of your ability in the message, attaching any images that would help explain the issue. Please allow 24 hours for our support staff to receive your message and respond with a further inquiry / directions for next steps.
If We determine based on the information provided that your item is indeed faulty or damaged, we will approve your claim and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no cost to the address associated with your order.
If We request that you return the product to us as a condition of determining if you are eligible for a replacement product, please use the address below. We will issue you a shipping label via the email address associated with your claim to use for the sole purpose of sending the original product to Us. Please use the original packaging if possible.

Once your returned order is received and inspected, We will notify you via email that as to whether We are approving or rejecting your claim. If your claim is approved, We will send you a replacement product.
